I woke up early in the morning because me and my groupmates are going to our cooperating school which is the Pansol Elementary School. We have agreed to go there before 7:30 so we came to the terminal before at 7:00. We we're all excited to go there because we are thinking of what would happen today as we do our observation to the enterns assigned to us.
When we arrived there, the students as well as the teacher we're doing their exercise. I find it very entertaining, watching the teachers and their students doing the exercise. Everybody was so energetic as they jump and sway with the loud danceable music. After the Exercise, Mr. Soria (the principal of the school) announced that there will be no classes tomorrow, because the teacher will be having there seminar. So after the announcement, the children we're ask to pick some garbage before they proceed to their respective rooms. Everything was very orderly.
After the flag ceremony, me and my groupmates was instructed by our instructor in Field Studies, Mr. Rodante Avila. He divided us into several groups that each group will have three members. My groupmates we're Ms. Kristel Ann Hernandez and Ms. Marydeth Bitoin. We we're assigned to observe the demonstration teaching of Mr. Aljon Morato. We we're given a rating sheet for us to grade Mr. Morato. His demo was an excellent one, though there we're few bad comments, his performance still was an excellent one.
In the afternoon, we started our observation at 1:30 to 4:30. There no extraordinary things that I experienced inside the classroom. I was just quietly observing my cooperating teacher, Mrs. Agnes Ocampo while she teaches her pupils. It was thursday on that day, and it is the day when they will have their Art class. So, after the children finished their activity they we'reallowed to come out and play.
I had fun playing with the children. They we're so "kulit" ! Some had play chinese garter, rainbow rock, nanay-tatay which I played(hehehe). On that very moment I'd felt and become a child again. I enjoyed mingling with my students and to laugh and play with them made me happy.
After the play time, the children packed their bags and had gone home. At 4:30 the class ended. It was a really tiring day, but the experiences that I had was worth it.
